EFFECTS OF MASSAGE METHODS ON DEHYDRATED SKIN MOISTURE LEVEL

 This research is completed to evaluate the effect of different methods of massage on dehydrated skin moisture level. Comparing the results of massage with oil and vacuum massage procedures, it was clarified that the procedures of vacuum massage wew more effective. The completed research is for certain research participants and their dehydrated skin problem solving. The research results prove effective problem-solving ways, as well practical recommendations are presented individually to certain research participants.

 

THE EFFECT OF MULLIGAN’S ELASTIC TAPING AND PHYSICAL EXERCISES PROGRAM ON BALANCE AND GAIT FOR STROKE PATIENTS

Stroke is one of the most pressing problems in the medical and social spheres due to high mortality and severe residual phenomena. The most common manifestations of stroke are paresis, paralysis, spasticity. Approximately 61 – 80 percent of the population found it body weight after stroke is transferred to the intact lower limb, which makes the posture asymmetrical, and this position causes worsening of the control and balance of the gait. The use of Mulligan's taping technique has been shown to have a positive effect on dynamic balance and gait. The novelty of this study is due to the analysis of the effects of physical exercise and Mulligan taping techniques on stroke.

Analysing job satisfaction of employees, many authors of scientific literature reveal that this phenomenon is strongly linked to different aspects of employee motivation. The phenomenon of job satisfaction and motivation of employees is of particular importance in the wellness industry, in which an employee becomes the main factor that determines the quality and appropriateness of the service provided. The article aims at analysing the theoretical aspects of the link between motivation and job satisfaction of employees, determining the level of motivation and job satisfaction of employees working in a wellness service providing organization, as well as identifying the links between motivation and job satisfaction of employees.

The scientific literature emphasises that only the employee who is fully engaged in work can work most effectively and achieve not only personal results but also significantly contribute to the overall work performance of a sports and wellness club. The aim of the article is to analyse the theoretical aspects of employees’ work engagement, to determine the level of employees’ work engagement in the sports and wellness club, as well as to identify the factors that encourage work engagement of employees in the sports and wellness club.
