CHANGE OF NUTRITION/EATING HABITS MANAGEMENT WHILE GOING IN FOR SPORTS

This paper examines the essence of nutrition/eating and explains the meaning of nutrition/eating habit management. The results of the research revealed that the most part of the sports club clients did not have an ability to manage personal nutrition/eating habits before they started going in for sports. However, as they were engaged in sports activities, their habits had chaged – most of the clients started to mange their nutrition/eating habits, or even tried to do that. The comparative analysis has revealed that women were more active in nutrition/eating habit planning and management than men.
POSSIBILITIES OF STUDENT CREATIVITY DEVELOMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS

The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the development of student creativity during higher education and reviews the educational importance of active learning methods in the development and cultivation of student creativity. Furthermore it validates the importance of creating a creativity-friendly environment in the stimulation of self-expression, initiative, ingenuity, curiosity and the courage in making non-standard decisions. The goal of the study is to examine how the students in Lithuanian higher-education system view the teaching methods and the environment in the development of creativity. Using qualitative method the students of Lithuanian higher education institutions were questioned. Using the Student-t test/distribution, the student environment and the methods used in higher education in the development and expression of creativity were analysed and the data compared based on the gender of the respondents. The findings of the study will have a lasting impact in the discourse about the development of student creativity in higher education institutions and the improvement of the quality of studies.
SIMILARITY AND DIFFERENCE OF BASIC SOCIAL SKILLS OF 12-15 YEARS OLD STUDENTS AND THEIR TEACHERS

Basic social skills of 12-15 years old students and their teachers are analyzed in the article. Data revealing each other basic social skills is presented the results of the research showing similarity and difference of basic social skills are presented.
QUALITY ASSESSMENT OF CLIENT SERVICE AT SPA CENTER

The article analyses SPA services, quality and service quality concepts in various aspects, distinguishes the main criteria and groups that affect the quality of customer service in the SPA center. The empirical part presents the results of the quality survey of the SPA center's customer service according to the following groups of quality criteria: communication, competence, attitude / behavior, reliability / integrity, responsiveness and material values. At the end of the article there are presented conclusions and recommendations for improvement of the SPA center's customer service quality.
